I love cooking in the mountains. I make the best "Mountain Fries", thin cut, deep fried w/onions & mushrooms, pan fried trout lightly floured, that's my dinner. For breakfast, cook up bacon, onions, scrambled eggs & wrap up in a large torilla. Very little mess & you can take it with you on your way to that trout stream. And don't forget the coffee. God, life is good!!
